Shri Hari Kishan Lohia is the Founder & Promoter of the Company. He has more than 40 years of experience in securities market in India. He has rich and varied experience of administration, operations, strategy and planning and is involved in day-to-day operations of the Company.
Mr. Mahesh Kumar Bajaj
Whole-time Director
Mr Bajaj is one of the promoter-director of the Company. He has more than 36 years of experience in
securities market in India. He has a rich experience of derivative trades and institutional business.
He has led the Company with his accurate technical analysis over the years he has served the Company.
Mr Bajaj is well-known for his analytical skills by which the Company has grown to the great heights over
the years.
Mr. Sudheer Kumar Jain
Whole-time Director
Shri Sudheer Kumar Jain is one of the promoter-director of the Company. He has more than 30
years of experience in securities market in India. He is a fellow member of Chartered
Accountant and also an Associate Member of Company Secretary. He is a B.Com Graduate
from University of Calcutta. He is a Vice Chairman, ANMI Eastern Regional Council Committee,
2023-24. He is also a Compliance Officer of Lohia Securities Ltd.
He is looking after the taxation, financing and investment activities of the Company. he has a
deep understanding of trade execution, settlement processes, and compliance requirements. Mr
Sudheer is dedicated to ensuring smooth and efficient trading operations while maintaining a
strong focus on risk mitigation.
Mr. Rajesh Kumar Bajaj
Whole-time Director
Mr Bajaj is one of the promoter-director of the Company. He has 29 years of experience in the
securities market in India. He has a rich experience of project implementation and institutional
business. He is supervising the Institution Desk and Research Work.
He is a very far sighted and helps company adopt latest trade modules. Under his leadership
the company has pioneered in starting options trade and proprietary trades of high volume by
providing in- hands training to the dealers of the company. It is to his credit the company is able
to retain 200 plus dealers of high efficiency with it.
Mr. Ankit Lohia
Whole-time Director
Mr. Ankit Lohia is a Bcom (Hons.), CFA, MS (Finance), Chartered Accountant. He joined the Board of the Company on 29/08/2024 and is a Whole-time Director of the Company. He is 36 years of age and has good experience as an arbitrage strategist.
